Nsea Sound Shop

Guarded by a collie and cat, this unassuming garage that houses a music shop beats any preconceived notion of what it may seem.  Inside, Nick the owner of 30 + years greeted us, showing us around.  Behind the counter strings of all sorts for sale, and on the wall to the left hung a great many electric guitars.  In the room towards the back sat an old analog recording studio he'd built with his sons, which he claimed supported them for many years in the beginning.   Even further back was the workshop, where a young guy was tinkering with an instrument.  Mandolins hung along with guitars and such, and we even got to see a 1930's resonator.  The vibe was so cool and the place seemed like a music lovers dream.

Funky Skate Park in Franklinton, Ohio

Just outside of Columbus I stumbled upon a flow course skate park.  It was prettybeat up and noone was there, maybe because of the cold and drizzling rain.

Glouster, Ohio

The Best Small Town Skate Park
Nick Haney showed me this.

Its a few miles from Nelsonville

Somehow this small town has a great little park.  Every town needs one like this.
